One of the most powerful elements of Crossfit that produces such amazing results is the fact that each workout is guided by a coach.  Very little thought or planning is needed from clients in order to get a killer workout at each class.  Personal training is an even higher extreme of this principal.  For those who desire even closer instruction, assessments, and custom programming, personal training might be the best option for you.  We will pair you with a coach that can assess where you are now, talk with you about where you want to go, and work with you to develop a plan that fits with you schedule in order to accomplish more than you could dream with your fitness and overall functionality in your life.  Personal training sessions generally cost $65 per one hour session, however when a program is designed over a three to 6 month time frame, that cost can be adjusted accordingly.
