
Crossfit level classes refer to the classes that the majority of our members progress to once they have successfully completed our Assesments Course. The specific movements and exercises done in these classes will be reviewed in the classes, but for the most part, members are expected to have a basic understanding from the Assesments Course. All movements can be scaled and adjusted to accomplish what is intended with each workout. It is not expected that every member should master every single movement to participate in regular Crossfit Level Classes. A single class might have a 65 year old member recovering from a stroke, and a professional athlete conditioning in their offseason. All members will have the opportunity to receive a workout with the same level of intensity, as our coaches will ensure that proper adjustments are made to accomplish this.
