Kealy VanSickle was bit by the CrossFit bug late in 2013.  He decided he would give CrossFit a shot, just to say he did, but was instantly hooked.
Kealy is a 2001 graduate of Coppell High School where he played football. He went on to study at Texas A&M University (Class of ’05 Whoop!) and received a degree in Business Management.
While at A&M, he was a standout dual athlete, playing on both the football & baseball team…. (intramural B league that is, HA!).  Kealy’s outside sales career & growing family keeps him quite busy, but he still manages to incorporate CrossFit into his daily life.  Being born and raised in this close town, he takes great pride in watching his fellow neighbors improve the quality of their lives.
He became CF-L1 certified in June of 2014 and looks forward to helping this community reach their goals both in and out of the gym.
